I joined Kelly's Bootcamp/INERGY about 2 years ago and they are hands down the absolute best. Kelly and her team offer a variety of workouts (strength training, cardio circuit, kickboxing, yoga, barre, Zumba, and more) at various times throughout the day (early morning, morning, late afternoon and evening) that can be taken in studio or via Zoom. Several classes are also offered in a group setting outdoors. One of my favorite things about KBC is access to the online KBC library of recorded workouts, which is super convenient if a particular class time doesn't work for me. As a busy working mom with a demanding schedule, between the frequency that classes are offered and access to the library, I have no trouble at all fitting in my daily workout. But, what I love most about KBC is that Kelly and her team truly care about each and every person who joins KBC. Not only do they cheer you on during workouts, but they'll offer modifications if you are working through an injury, tailor the workouts for a range of fitness levels, and they'll help you celebrate your birthday with some birthday push ups. Simply put, Kelly and her team are truly incredible. If you are looking for fun and flexible fitness classes then I highly recommend KBC!
